Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans, while collecting and recording data for each session. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and maintaining functional knowledge through required training.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and act with integrity. Essential physical functions include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and perform tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
