Preschool/Pre-K Teacher

The co-Lead teacher is responsible for implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Key duties also include building positive relationships with families and supervising children while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's in early childhood education is preferred, along with a cda or higher certification. Candidates must have previous experience working with young children in a licensed setting and must be dependable, hardworking, and able to start immediately.
