Direct Support Professional

As a behavior technician, you will implement individualized skill-Acquisition and behavior-Intervention plans written by a supervising board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect accurate, real-Time data on all treatment goals. You will also maintain active rbt certification by adhering to bacb ethical standards and completing required professional development.

Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or national equivalent and be willing to obtain a valid registered behavior technician certificate with the bacb. Additional requirements include passing pre-Employment screenings, maintaining cpr certification, and demonstrating reliability and compassion for working with children and families.
