Em - Instructional designer

The instructional designer supports faculty in designing online, hybrid, and web-Enhanced courses, providing expertise in instructional technology applications for creation, development, assessment, and delivery. This role involves collaborating to ensure effective content presentation, interactivity, and accessibility of web-Based resources while supporting faculty use of the learning management system (Lms).

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree along with experience in online course development, familiarity with instructional design theory, and demonstrated ability with current web development tools and lms experience. Candidates should also possess two to four years of college-Level teaching or faculty support experience, along with excellent communication and customer service skills to meet deadlines.
