Chaplain, Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care - BHM, FT, 08A-4:30P

The staff chaplain will provide pastoral ministry and act as a spiritual guide, counselor, and educator. They will also assist in implementing programming and policies as outlined by the department's policies and procedures manual.

Candidates must have a master's of divinity or equivalent degree and at least one year of experience in healthcare chaplaincy. Additionally, they need to complete two units of clinical pastoral education and obtain board certification within five years of hire.
