Bilingual Senior Early Childhood Specialist

The specialist will oversee the implementation of research-Based curricula, conduct observations to assess service delivery quality, and deliver targeted coaching and interventions to enhance teacher competency. Responsibilities also include interfacing with technology for documentation and data analysis, and cultivating working relationships with program team members, teachers, and directors.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Or a bachelor's degree with specific early childhood credit hours) and a minimum of three years of experience in an early childhood setting. Fluency in both spoken and written english and spanish is required, along with knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with adults.
