Assistant Teacher Early Childhood 2026/27

The assistant guide provides vital support to the lead primary guide by assisting with montessori instruction, observing student behavior, and helping to maintain an orderly, attractive, and joyful learning environment. This role involves modeling respectful behavior and contributing to a warm, calm atmosphere while supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual growth of children aged 2.5 to 6.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least two years of classroom experience, preferably in an urban setting. Essential requirements include demonstrated ability to work cooperatively under direction, adaptability, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to equity and anti-Biased principles.
