Job developer

The job developer provides mentorship and advocacy services to youth aged 16-24, developing individualized service plans and connecting them to employment and educational opportunities. They also assist in recruiting youth for training programs and engage with employers to create work experiences.

An associate's degree in social work, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred, along with experience working with teens and young adults. The candidate must have evening and weekend availability and a valid driver's license for work-Related travel.
