Mental Health Worker

Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess a 4-Year degree, although a high school diploma or ged is the minimum requirement for background check purposes. Essential qualifications include strong empathy, effective communication, understanding of professional boundaries, and diligent documentation skills, alongside a commitment to the organization's values.
