Therapeutic Youth Mentor

The therapeutic youth mentor builds trusting relationships with youth receiving mental health services, serving as a positive role model while supporting them in achieving treatment plan goals through engaging skill-Building activities. Responsibilities also include providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation in the ehr, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license. Required abilities include strong therapeutic engagement skills, knowledge of professional boundaries, excellent communication, proficiency in ehr documentation (35 wpm typing), and sound ethical judgment.
