Paraprofessional/Engagement Coach

The paraprofessional/Engagement coach provides support to individuals with special needs, implementing ieps and assisting in their academic and social development. They collaborate with teachers and professionals to ensure students' success and maintain accurate records of progress.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in special education or a related field. Experience working with individuals with special needs and strong communication skills are essential.
