Security Guard (Contract)

The school security resource officer will support school administration by maintaining a safe and secure campus environment, which includes conducting security inspections and screening students upon entry. This role also requires fostering a positive school climate through positive interactions, conflict resolution, and acting as a visible, professional role model.

Candidates should possess prior experience in school safety, security, or law enforcement, along with knowledge of safety protocols concerning weapons and controlled substances. Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and de-Escalation skills are essential for this role.
