Male Mentoring Specialist

The mentoring specialist will organize and implement a comprehensive mentoring program for at-Risk high school scholars, focusing on engaging students and developing prevention programs to remove success barriers. Key duties include recruiting, training, and matching mentors, monitoring program effectiveness, and collaborating with school staff and community partners.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with at-Risk youth in an educational or community setting, preferably including prior experience coordinating mentoring programs. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
