Faculty Physician, Geriatrics, Long Term Care

The faculty physician will manage admissions, acute follow-Ups, regulatory visits, and discharges for long-Term care residents. They will also supervise advanced practice providers and precept trainees while engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings and scholarly activities.

Qualified applicants must be board-Certified or board-Eligible in geriatric medicine and either internal medicine or family medicine. They should possess outstanding clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with training from top-Rated institutions.
