Pediatric Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients in their homes. They will also provide training and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding treatment and progress.

A master's degree in physical therapy and a current state-Issued professional license are required. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred.
