Assistant Women's Swimming & Diving Coach

This role assists in the planning, direction, and administration of all aspects of the university's ncaa division i women's swimming and diving program, including developing competitive strategies and leading student-Athlete motivation. Key duties involve recruiting quality student-Athletes, facilitating their academic success, and assisting with administrative tasks like equipment ordering and budget adherence.

A bachelor's degree is desired, along with preferred collegiate swimming or diving coaching experience, and required knowledge of ncaa rules. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to ncaa/Institutional regulations, possess strong organizational and management skills, and show awareness of issues affecting women and minorities.
