Cultural Broker

The cultural broker coordinates and provides family support services, including intake, assessment, and planning, while linking clients with necessary services. They also conduct community outreach and facilitate communication between program participants and service providers.

Candidates should have experience working with refugee youth and families impacted by trauma, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in a targeted refugee language (Arabic) and strong communication skills are also required.
