Core responsibilities
The recovery coach will support clients through their recovery journey by providing interventions consistent with treatment plans and engaging them in healthy connections. Responsibilities also include assisting with food preparation and conducting rounds for client observations.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-High school education, preferably a bachelor's degree in psychology, and at least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting. A valid state-Issued driver's license with a safe driving history is also required.
