Recovery Coach

The recovery coach will be a key player in integrating and supporting clients through their recovery journey by providing support consistent with their treatment plan and engaging them in healthy connections. Responsibilities also include assisting with food preparation, supervising meals, conducting rounds, and occasionally driving clients off-Site.

Candidates must have at least two years of post-High school education, with a bachelor's in psychology preferred, and ideally one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting. A valid state-Issued driver's license with a safe driving history is required, along with strong communication, client relations, service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
