Child Development Technician - Kids First Searcy

The child development technician provides quality direct patient care for young children, including assistance with feeding, diapering, and dressing. They also follow the direction of the early childhood development specialist to provide individualized developmental services.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least six months of experience working with children. Additional education in early childhood education or related fields may substitute for experience, and candidates must pass various background checks and health screenings.
