Nurse Intern R, 6a-6p, PRN, Float Pool

The role involves performing direct and indirect patient care duties under the guidance of a registered nurse, implementing components of the care plan related to basic human needs, comfort, safety, and daily living activities. Indirect patient care includes maintaining a neat and hazard-Free environment and assisting with clerical tasks as assigned.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited rn program and have completed at least the first semester of nursing coursework, possessing current bls certification and a nursing skills checklist signed by an instructor. A commitment to one year of service after graduation is required for nurse interns, while student nurse externs have no defined commitment.
