What You’ll Do As an Enrichment Instructor, you will: Lead engaging programs in designated areas such as arts, sports, recreation, or specialty enrichment Model YMCA core values and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants Coach and supervise participants in skill-building, teamwork, and positive behavior management Ensure safety and risk management, enforcing rules and maintaining cleanliness and readiness of assigned spaces Assist with community activities, such as family events, birthday parties, or rentals, as assigned
