Counselors will build positive relationships with campers and lead off-site trips and recreational activities. They will also support behavior management strategies and ensure the safety of all participants.
Candidates must be at least 19 years old and hold or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Experience working with youth in a camp or recreational setting is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
