Case Manager I

The case manager will provide in-Home support services to foster parents and children, including weekly visits and communication with various stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing care plans, attending court hearings, and ensuring health care needs are met.

A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with three years of experience in child welfare services preferred. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are also necessary for the role.
