Elementary Teacher

Teachers are responsible for thoroughly learning challenger’s curriculum and maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment. They will prepare lesson plans, teach daily classes, and communicate regularly with parents and administrators about student progress.

Candidates must have a 4-Year college bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. Specific teaching degrees and certificates are not required, and candidates can be close to completing their degree at the time of hire.
