Home Visitor-ISBE

The role involves recruiting and maintaining a caseload of up to 20-24 children/Pregnant mothers, conducting biweekly home visits, and collaborating with parents to develop activity plans based on assessments and needs. Responsibilities also include facilitating group connections, ensuring 100% enrollment, completing required documentation, and making necessary referrals for special needs.

A high school diploma/Ged is required, though an associate degree in child development or related field, or a cda, is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with young children (0-3) and/Or parents, must complete parents as teachers model certification, and must possess a valid driver's license and access to an automobile for home visits.
