Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA

The occupational therapy assistant will provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes to help restore their physical abilities. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, instructing patients and caregivers, and reporting on patient progress.

Candidates must have current occupational therapy assistant licensure and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include cpr certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
