Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional is responsible for creating, leading, and supporting participants in daily programming, focusing on academic, social, life, and leisure skills. They assist in developing and implementing personal centered individual service plans and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. Preferred qualifications include college-Level courses in human services or a bachelor's degree in the field.
