School-Age Daycare Teacher

The lead teacher provides care and education in the classroom, ensuring developmentally appropriate activities and assessments are completed. They are responsible for meeting each child's individual needs and promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Candidates should possess a child development associate or teaching assistant certification, with an associate’s degree in early childhood education preferred. A minimum of one year of classroom experience is required, along with knowledge of nys ocfs regulations.
