Classroom Aide

The classroom aide assists in providing active, fully engaged supervision for children and helps meet each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs within a pre-K classroom setting. This role also involves assisting with maintaining classroom cleanliness and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons under teacher direction.

A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of one year of classroom experience with the applicable age range. Candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive ocfs background check, and knowledge of nys ocfs regulations is strongly desired.
