Residential Counselor I

The residential counselor i is responsible for the care and supervision of severely emotionally disturbed children, ensuring their safety and implementing therapeutic programs. They participate as active members of the treatment team and manage daily activities for the residents.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working with youth, along with a valid california driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical and mental fitness is required, along with the ability to handle emergencies and perform physical restraints if necessary.
