Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism. They will also collaborate with other professionals and maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current rbt certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with children with autism is highly desirable, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact.
