Red Shield Youth Center Program Coordinator (5084)

The program coordinator assists in planning, implementing, leading, and supervising program areas such as education. They also train and monitor staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or social services is required, along with two years of experience in program management or three years in a similar youth-Serving organization. Cpr and first aid certification must also be obtained.
