Red Shield Youth Center Program Coordinator (5084)

The program coordinator assists in planning, implementing, leading, and supervising program areas, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. They also collaborate with leadership to promote youth development and execute programs that positively impact youth outcomes.

A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or social services is required, along with two years of experience in program management or three years in a similar youth-Serving organization. Cpr and first aid certification must be obtained.
