Youth Development Professional (4803)

This position assists program leaders in planning and leading center activities to support priority program outcomes, while collaborating with officers to ensure an engaging environment for youth development. Key duties include promoting participation, assisting with registration, providing guidance, implementing programs, and monitoring activities for safety and quality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. And preferably have previous work experience in a related field working with children and youth. The role requires the physical ability to lead and participate in various youth activities and lift moderately heavy equipment.
