Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with kids with autism, using play-Based aba therapy to teach communication, social, and self-Help skills. They also track progress and collect session data while partnering with families and a clinical team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available weekday afternoons or evenings. A reliable car and comfort with technology are also required, while experience with special needs is preferred but not mandatory.
