Hybrid BCBA (Spanish Preferred)

The bcba develops, monitors, and oversees aba treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors. Key duties include maintaining 25 billable hours weekly, conducting fbas, collaborating with parents, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold bcba certification or state licensure, with required fluency in both english and spanish for all clinical duties. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
