Core responsibilities
The school-Based optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams for students and diagnose and manage common pediatric vision conditions. They will also collaborate with school-Based health staff and provide referrals and care coordination as needed.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a doctor of optometry (O.d.) degree and kentucky board of optometry licensure. Pediatric experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
