Core responsibilities
The youth development counselor is responsible for supervising and providing care for youth in residential group homes. They will develop and implement activities to help youth develop essential life skills.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of one year of experience working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid california driver’s license.
