Core responsibilities

The youth development counselor is responsible for the constant supervision, protection, and care of youth aged 12-18 within a trauma-Informed framework, working as part of a treatment team to develop essential life, social, vocational, and hygiene skills. This role also involves developing and implementing various activities for the youth and participating in or conducting cottage group meetings.

Requirements summary
