Youth Development Counselor: Sun-Wed, 3pm-11pm; Sat:8am-4pm)

The youth development counselor is responsible for the constant supervision, protection, and care of youth aged 12-18 within a trauma-Informed framework, working as part of a treatment team to develop essential life, social, vocational, and hygiene skills. This role also involves developing and implementing various activities for the youth and participating in or conducting cottage group meetings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility, and must be at least 21 years old. A valid california driver's license and a good driving record are also mandatory requirements for this position.
