Family Support Partner / High Fidelity Wraparound

The family support partner provides one-On-One, strengths-Based support to families navigating behavioral health services. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, and connecting them to community resources.

Candidates must be a parent or primary caregiver of a child who has received services for i/Dd and/Or mental health. A bachelor's degree in a human service field is preferred, along with strong communication skills and experience promoting client advocacy.
