Youth Development Professional (5013)

This role involves assisting program leaders in planning and leading activities for center members, focusing on achieving youth development outcomes and preparing youth for success. The professional will also implement and administer programs while monitoring safety and quality, and assist with facility and equipment management.

A high school diploma or ged is the minimum educational requirement, with previous work experience involving children and youth being preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical activities, lift up to 60 lbs, communicate clearly, and interact patiently and respectfully with diverse youth and families, often in challenging environments.
