Behavior Analyst Assistant

Assist bcbas with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs while providing clinical support to direct care staff. Participate in supervision meetings and maintain ethical standards in accordance with bacb and company policies.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a master's program in aba, psychology, education, or a related field and actively seeking bcba or bcaba certification. A strong interest in clinical leadership and excellent communication skills are also required.
