A Before and/or After School Staff - Hernando School Age Programs^

The before and/Or after school staff oversees the engagement and development of children in ymca programs, ensuring their safety and facilitating enriching activities. They are responsible for building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging among children and community members.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children is preferred. Additional training and certifications are required within specified timeframes after hiring.
