Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) provides behavioral assessment and intervention to support families and maintains administrative functions for the success of the treatment team. They also engage in professional development and collaborate with team members on behavior-Analytic strategies.

Candidates must have bcba certification and relevant licensure, along with experience in developing and implementing aba programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work flexible hours in various settings.
