Center-Based BCBA

The bcba will develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, while also providing direct supervision, support, and training to behavioral technicians. Key duties involve monitoring client progress, advocating for clients, and communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current bcba license or be sitting for the exam within three months. Essential qualifications include demonstrated skills in implementing aba with children with asd, the ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments, and excellent communication and problem-Solving abilities.
