Swim Instructor - Jackson Lehman Family YMCA

The swim instructor will create a safe and positive atmosphere in and around the pool while conducting swimming instruction. They will build effective relationships with members and encourage participant involvement.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and demonstrate swim instructor skills according to ymca standards. A current water safety instructor certification is preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to communicate with diverse groups.
