Private Swim Instructor - Central Branch YMCA

The private swim instructor will be responsible for creating a safe and positive atmosphere around the pool and conducting swimming instruction according to yusa guidelines. This includes building authentic relationships with members, participants, and parents while ensuring participants succeed in program goals.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and demonstrate swim instructor skills according to ymca standards, with preference given to those holding current american red cross or ymca water safety instructor certifications. Excellent communication and human relations skills, along with reliable transportation, are also required.
