Core responsibilities
The therapeutic group facilitator will facilitate curriculum-Based therapeutic groups and provide milieu support to patients. Responsibilities also include de-Escalation, crisis management, and documentation of patient interactions.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree and 6 months of behavioral health experience are required for the milieu coordinator i position. For the milieu coordinator ii position, a master's degree is preferred along with 18+ months of behavioral health experience.
