Yoga Instructor

The instructor will plan and facilitate yoga group lessons tailored to patients' physical, social, and emotional needs within a mental healthcare setting, ensuring alignment with health at every size principles. Responsibilities also include interacting with patients using a trauma-Informed approach, managing sign-In sheets, and reporting any concerns to clinical leadership.

Candidates must be a registered yoga teacher (Ryt) with at least 200 hours of yoga teacher training and required knowledge of trauma-Informed care principles. Experience teaching yoga to both adolescents and adults is also mandatory for this contract position.
